Richa Sareen Gupta

Richa Sareen Gupta is a seasoned HR and learning specialist with over two decades of experience in various senior HR positions at reputed Indian and multinational companies in India. She holds an MBA from Symbiosis Centre for Management & Human Resource Development (SCMHRD, Pune), and has been recognized with numerous awards for her outstanding contributions in the field of HR.

As the State President of the Karnataka Organizational Human Resources Council (WICCI), Richa is dedicated to promoting the growth and development of the HR industry in the region. She has also been awarded as “Best HR in IT startup” by IHRC and recognized as one of the brightest HR professionals in India.

In addition to her professional achievements, Richa is also a passionate trainer, having successfully designed and conducted numerous programs on modern recruitment, compensation practices, leadership, and strategic management for various prestigious clients. She is on the panel of many reputed B-schools and networking forums as a subject matter expert and guest speaker, helping management colleges to create their curriculum and provide practical exposure of the industry to their students.

Richa is the founder of SkillDeck, a fast-growing HR and training consulting firm based out of Bangalore. SkillDeck is recognized by the Government of India under DIPP Program for delivering services via artificial intelligence to its clients. Richa has also helped many startups build their empires, such as Armentum, RNS, and Lunious Tech.

Despite her busy schedule, Richa is an active volunteer for various NGOs supporting kids and women, such as HelpAge and CRY. With her extensive experience and expertise, Richa continues to be a driving force in the HR industry, helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential.
